Would not recommend or use this store again. received damaged packaing on figures and they blamed me for this so items and service very poor. if you want good condtion go elsewhere

Colin ordered 5 items from the sale section and the items in question was Admiral Ackbar, so bemused to why the review was left for this product.

On the website with sale items we declare that items may not be best condition and we don't offer returns on sale items. And we always accommodate if you message prior to purchase and ask to leave a note at checkout.

Colin had ordered 3 of the same item. (Ackbar)
He was very passive aggressive in his emails after being offered he could return 2/3 Ackbars and a refund would be given. We wasn't born yesterday and most likely Colin wanted to order 3, pick out the best 1 and return the other 2, try to imtimidate us into sending them back at our expense.

The last communication we had with Colin was can he provide images of items backing up his claims and then he requested us to send out replacements and threatened to never use our store again. Well any normal person would send evidence and photos to back up there claims and if we are in the wrong, we hold our hands up and correct it. In this scenario Colin failed to respond and provide photos and has left this review in spite.

We believe in fairness and quailty and customer service.

But we recommend going forward you adapt a more honest and polite approach Colin
, rather then an aggressive tone and trying to bully and intimidate a small store for personal gain.
